Gala Dinner & Company Christmas Party Venue
Private and discreet, we can accommodate up to 140 for a sit-down gala celebration dinner or company Christmas party. The delicious food, the friendly, efficient and discreet service as well as the relaxed unstuffy atmosphere at Ballyvolane all provide the makings of a wonderful day or night out, which means happy clients, colleagues and employees. Luxury accommodation is available in the 6 main house bedrooms and in spring / summer, many more (up to 30) can be accommodated in our Glamping tents and Pig arcs in the garden.
Business Meetings, Conferences & Product Launches
There are an abundance of locations for small private business meetings, conferences, workshops and product launches, from an informal meeting in the drawing room to a boardroom style layout in the dining room in the main house. The rustic barn has three different rooms for meetings & events of varying sizes all available for exclusive private hire.
Corporate Hospitality & Entertainment
The woods and lakes are stunning settings for group activities and the formal gardens are ideal for corporate hospitality and entertainment. We can arrange all kinds of activities (prices vary) on-site from fly-fishing lessons to clay pigeon shooting, canoeing, archery, cookery and cocktail demonstrations and foraging expeditions are some examples of what is possible. Free WiFi is available throughout the house and barn. OHP’s and other specialist AV equipment are available for hire.
Company Team Building Days
We work closely with our friends at Team Build who are specialists in team building, training and adventure sports. Team Build use accelerated learning so your skills can be applied back into the workplace. We have a long standing relationship with Team Build and they are the ‘best in class’ in Ireland. The variety and scale of both the indoor and outdoor spaces at Ballyvolane House provide an ideal setting for Team Build to work their magic.

We have hosted many successful holistic events and yoga sessions in the woods & gardens at Ballyvolane and can organise a selection of experienced yoga instructors to help revive your team members body and soul.
