Ballyvolane House Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

• 800g mixed nuts (peanuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia, cashew nuts, almonds)
• 3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons garlic (2 cloves)
• 2 teaspoons olive oil

Bake in oven @ 160 degrees for 20 minutes until brown.
